Bring any medications that you are taking, or a detailed list to every appointment

After normal office hours, our doctors are available for emergencies through a paging system.  When you call our office, you will be prompted to leave a message for the physician on call.  You should receive a call from the on-call provider within 20 minutes.  If you have a life-threatening emergency, please call 911, or go to your nearest emergency room.

We are a NO SMOKING FACILITY

If you are unable to keep your appointment, kindly give 24 hours notice.  Otherwise we reserve the right to charge for time reserved.

The physicians of Blue Springs Family Care are no longer providing in-patient hospital care.  We have contracted with a group of physicians that specialize in hospital care to provide treatment to you while you are in the hospital.  We are still contracted with the the local hospitals for insurance purposes, and we still provide in-patient services to Newborns and Children.  This change was made to allow our physicians to be more readily available at our office for your medical needs.

Our office is currently using an Electronic Medical Record system.  This system allows us to access your chart quickly and to provide the best possible patient care.  It also allows us to send most prescriptions to your pharmacy in electronic format so that your medication is ready at the pharmacy.

Co-Pays are due at the time of service.

Services received from our office may or may not be covered by your insurance company and/or Medicare.  Please be aware that you are responsible for any existing or remaining dollar amounts due after all mandatory adjustments have been made to your account.

Blue Springs Family Care gladly accepts your check as payment.  However, in an effort not to inconvenience you in the unlikely event that these funds are dishonored, we reserve the right to collect them electronically for the face value of the check, plus a $25 processing fee.
